Build Process
Initial Consultation
Our specialist will meet with you and listen closely to your needs and wants, offer advice and provide suggestions to improve your bathroom, laundry or kitchen. We will measure, take photos and discuss your ideas to get back to you with a preliminary estimate.
Preliminary Estimate
Our specialist will meet with you again to present our preliminary estimate to give you an indication of the costs associated with the works, which will be fine tuned later to work with your budget.
Product Selection
Our specialist will work with you to design a layout and select materials, fixtures and fittings that you desire and aim to present you with the revised estimate as soon as possible.
Detailed Estimate
Once you've made all the final selections our specialist will meet with you again to present the final design and cost of the project and make sure that you're 100% satisfied with it prior to us starting.
Renovation
Our specialist and team will move in and run through the job from start to finish to ensure that everyone involved understands the process. We aim to maintain the area we work around using temporary protection, dust prevention techniques and ensuring that all old materials are correctly disposed of.
Completion
On completion we closely go through all work completed to ensure that you will be satisfied with every detail.
